Avocado Peanut Butter Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients

2 servings

  • 1/2 avocado

  • 1 banana

  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder

  • 2 tsp chia seeds

  • 1 scoop peanut butter or almond butter

  • 1/2 cup milk, almond milk, or coconut milk

  • Honey or dates to sweeten

  • Fruit and granola for toppings

Directions

  1. Using a blender or food processor, combine all ingredients. Top with fruit and granola.

  2. Chill in freezer for at least an hour and a half. (Can be left in freezer for longer, even a couple days, but it is best when thawed a bit so mousse is soft, but still cold).
