NUTELLA PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE BROWNIES

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup light brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/4 cup, plus 2 tbsp Nutella
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350˚ F.
  2. Grease a 9x9in pan with coconut oil.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the melted coconut oil and butter.
  4. Add the sugars and whisk for 1 minute.
  5. Mix in the eggs and vanilla.
  6. Add the flour, cocoa powder and salt. Using a spatula, slowly mix until combined but don’t overmix.
  7. Gently mix in the Nutella and chocolate chips.
  8. Pour batter into prepared pan.
  9. Spoon about 5 dollops of peanut butter on top of the batter.
  10. Swirl the peanut butter into batter by running a butter knife or spatula lengthwise and crosswise several times.
  11. Bake for 40-45 minutes.
