One mint latte please.
Mint and coffee might not seem like a great combination, but trust me it’s amazing. It’s so refreshing and worth the extra effort.
- Handful of fresh mint leaves
- 2 tbsp organic cane sugar
- 2 tbsp hot water
- 1 cup coffee
- 1/4 cup milk
- Crush the mint leaves with the sugar.
- Add the hot water and mix together.
- Add the sugar mixture to a cup with ice. (I usually keep the crushed mint leaves but feel free to strain.)
- Finally, add the coffee and milk.
