Makes about 1/2 cup of lavender syrup
- 1/4 cup fresh lavender
- 3 tbsp honey
- 1 cup water
- To make the lavender simple syrup, add the lavender, honey and water to a medium saucepan over high heat. Bring to a boil, then turn heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Let cool.
- Fill a cup with ice, add about 2 tbsp of lavender syrup for 1 cup of coffee. Top it off with some milk and you’ve got yourself a slightly sweet lavender latte 🙂
