Hi, I’m Riley!
A little bit about me: I grew up in San Diego with my parents, sister, dogs, cats, and chickens. As a child I loved helping my mom in the kitchen as she cooked dinner. With my parents both being excellent self-taught cooks, I learned the tricks of the trade from them and soon began creating my own concoctions.
I now live in San Luis Obispo with my boyfriend and two dogs, Olive and Bruce. I went to Cal Poly where I studied photography. I am currently a freelance art director and photographer but my true passion lies in food and food photography. So I introduce you to mixed + measured, a blog full of easy and beautiful recipes.
